"I had a 40 gallon water heater mounted OUTSIDE that leaked for a week into my closet. I tried to sop up the wet carpet using tons of towels but after a few days, my bedroom smelled like mold. Moises used an instrument that showed that the water had penetrated 4 feet up from the floor into the closet back wall and had soaked the carpet, the carpet pad and part of the bottom shelf of my shoe closet. He and Carlos removed the wet wood, drilled holes in the closet to dry the stucco and left two HUGE machines that dried up the entire area. They were willing to leave everything in place on the 2nd trip because the underfloor was still damp. On the third trip, he put in the new carpet pad and shampooed the carpet. Even though the carpet was a little damp, we didn't care...we were just happy to get rid of the smell and get our clothes back in a dry closet. I would highly recommend them for any water damage & restoration work plus regular/normal carpet cleaning."
